Privacy Policy
1. General provisions
1.1. This Policy is issued in accordance with applicable data-protection law.
1.2. The Policy describes how personal data are processed and the security measures applied.
1.3. By using the Service you confirm that you have read this Policy and consent to the processing of your data on the terms set forth below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1.4. The Service is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from such users.
2. Controller
2.1. The controller is the natural person providing the QSaver Service (the "Operator", "we"). You can reach the Operator at qsaver24@gmail.com.
2.2. Processing is automated.
3. Data we process
3.1. Account identifiers: Telegram ID and username, Google ID and email (Google OAuth), VK ID (VK OAuth), email and password for email registration (the password is stored only as a cryptographic hash).
3.2. Technical data: IP address, User-Agent, device type, browser language, country (derived from IP), session parameters, visitor cookie identifier.
3.3. Usage data: URLs you submit for download, chosen quality and format, operation results and timing, impressions and clicks, ad-blocker presence, real-time metrics.
3.4. Payment data: email for receipts, order/subscription IDs at the payment provider we engage, tier, period, currency, payment status, next-charge date. We never receive or store card details — they are processed exclusively by payment providers we engage. The set of such providers is determined by us at our sole discretion and may change at any time without prior notice.
3.5. Content data: URLs you submit. Downloaded files are stored on the servers only for the technically necessary period to deliver them to you and are deleted automatically. Specific retention timings are determined by us and may change without notice.
3.6. We reserve the right to collect aggregated and anonymised statistics in any volume and format and to use them without restriction, since such data are not personal data.
4. Purposes
4.1. Providing the Service, identifying users, performing the Terms of Service, processing payments and renewals.
4.2. Protecting the Service from abuse: rate-limiting, anti-bot, abuse investigation.
4.3. Communicating with users: subscription notifications, support replies, technical alerts.
4.4. Improving the Service: funnel analytics, A/B testing, error monitoring.
4.5. Complying with applicable law and lawful requests of authorities.
4.6. Any other purposes compatible with the above and lawful under applicable law.
5. Legal bases
5.1. Your consent expressed by conclusive action (use of the Service, account creation).
5.2. Performance of the contract to which you are a party.
5.3. Compliance with legal obligations of the Operator.
5.4. Our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the Service.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
6.1. The Service uses cookies and localStorage to remember preferences (theme, language), identify sessions, prevent abuse, perform analytics and serve advertising.
6.2. You can manage cookies in your browser. Disabling cookies may limit Service functionality.
6.3. The Service uses Yandex.Metrica (Yandex LLC, Russia) and Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC, USA) for traffic and behaviour analysis. The Service also uses Yandex Direct RTB for advertising and may add other analytics and advertising services in the future.
6.4. Sensitive form fields (email, password, confirmation codes, payment details) are not transmitted to analytics systems.
7. Disclosure to third parties
7.1. We do not sell personal data to third parties and do not share data for marketing purposes.
7.2. We share the minimum necessary data with: payment providers we engage; hosting providers; OAuth providers; notification delivery services; web analytics services; advertising networks; other contractors engaged by us; government authorities where required by law.
7.3. Server infrastructure and contractors we engage may be located in various jurisdictions of our choice. By using the Service, you agree that your data may be transferred to and stored outside your country of residence.
7.4. In the event of a corporate reorganisation, sale of business or assets, personal data may be transferred to the successor as part of the business.
8. Retention
8.1. Account data are retained for the lifetime of the account and for a reasonable period thereafter, not exceeding 3 years.
8.2. Payment and fiscal data are retained for periods set by tax law.
8.3. Technical logs and analytics — up to 12 months in identified form, then anonymised or deleted.
8.4. Downloaded files — only for the technically necessary period to deliver them to you, after which they are removed automatically.
8.5. We reserve the right to extend retention where necessary to defend our legitimate interests or comply with the law.
9. Security
9.1. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures including TLS, password hashing, access control, monitoring and anti-abuse defences.
9.2. No method of Internet transmission or storage is absolutely secure. We do not guarantee absolute security and disclaim liability for unauthorised access that occurs without our fault.
10. Your rights
10.1. Subject to applicable law, you have the right to: confirm whether we process your data; access, rectify, restrict or erase your data; withdraw consent (which may terminate the Service for you).

10.3. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity before acting on your request.
11. Disclaimer
11.1. The Service is provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE, without any warranties express or implied.
11.2. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any damage, loss, inconvenience, lost profits, loss of data, or any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Service.
11.3. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of any third parties, including payment providers, hosting providers, OAuth providers, source websites, advertising networks, analytics services and any other services whose components the Service uses.
11.4. If any liability is nevertheless found on our side, our aggregate liability for all claims is limited to the amount actually paid by you in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.5. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, limit or terminate the Service or any of its features at any time without prior notice and without liability beyond the cap above.
12. Changes
12.1. We may unilaterally amend this Policy. The new version takes effect upon publication at https://q-saver.com/en/privacy unless otherwise stated.
12.2. Continued use of the Service after publication of a new version constitutes acceptance.
